D1 application
- Bring your licence with you and your reminder letter if you have one
- We’ll take your photo and capture your signature
- The DVLA charge £17 to renew your licence and we’ll charge you £4.50 to do our bit, which includes the photo, checking your application and sending it securely to the DVLA
- You should receive your new licence within 3 weeks
- No appointment needed
- If you are 70 or will be 70 within 90 days you will need to renew your licence online or with a D46P form that is sent to you automatically by the DVLA
- You can pick up a D1 application form from us if you don’t have a D46P
- If you need a new photo you can get one using our photo kiosk for £9
- We can help you post your application to DVLA securely using tracked post
- You can pick up a D1 application in branch
- Apply for a provisional driving licence
- Update your name & address on your driving licence
