We’ll help you get it right the first time

Our Passport Digital Check & Send service helps you get your application right first time with no paper forms to fill in. The price for an adult passport using the digital check & send service is £118. The child price is £82.50. The Check & Send service means we will:

  • Take a compliant photo of you
  • Complete the online application
  • Check supporting documents are correct
  • Post your documents by Royal Mail Special Delivery (you can pay an extra £5 to have important documents returned to you securely)
  • Help you track your application with texts and/or emails from His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO)

This service is for non-urgent passport applications and you can expect to receive your passport within 3 weeks, unless HMPO require further information. If your application is urgent use the HM Passport Office Online Premium Service.

We still accept paper applications and you can pick up a form in branch. An adult paper application costs £131.50 which includes our checking fee. Please call us to book an appointment.
