We are currently looking for a enthusiastic individual, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our Post Office team. The position is for 12 hours per week to include alternate Saturday mornings with overtime often available.

What does this role entail?
The Post Office offers a wide range of services from posting letters & parcels to banking and foreign currency. You will be on hand to answer any customer queries but also, ensuring all transactions are completed effectively and adhering to security measures at all times will play a key part in your role. You will be responsible for your own stock with accuracy and an eye for detail an essential quality.
Along with previous customer service experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy. You will work as part of a small team and be required to take regular training and compliance tests to ensure you are fully up to date with Post Office products and procedures.
Successful candidates for this role will need to provide two references and consent to undertake a criminal record check. The closing date for applications is 27th August 2021.
